The need for the introduction of mandatory health insurance

Abstract

The main purpose of insurance in our country is to create a full and stable national insurance market, which could become a real tool and protect the interests of economic entities, citizens and the state. The article discusses the current state of the health insurance of our country and its pace of development. In Western countries, all citizens have health insurance, whereas in Kazakhstan health insurance is not developed. At this moment the insurance is the main tool of economic management market methods to ensure socio-economic stability of society. n general, compulsory health insurance provides an opportunity to increase the supply of resources for health, economic interest, responsibility for the final result of medical institutions and healthcare workers. Employers will be forced to insure the health of its employees. It means that every citizen will understand the responsibility for their health and will be required to pay certain fees. In addition, the collected funds, which are allocated to health insurance, should be kept under strict control. Everything should be available on request of patients and citizens should have the opportunity to receive medical care regardless of location within the health insurance.
