Abstract

Today streamlining of administrative activity and system of the state management requires development of modern technologies on all ma­ jor aspects of its organization and functioning. These new administrative technologies have to cause deep transformations in all system, provide rationality and efficiency of administrative activity of all government. Many countries of the world look for today ways to reduce expenses, to increase management efficiency, to strengthen return of budgetary funds, to increase quality of the services provided to citizens. The benchmarking is that administrative technology which allows to formalize transfer and adaptation of the best administrative practices. In article the carrying out technique imezhdunarodny experience of introduction of a benchmarking in system of public administration is considered.
