Price formation structure of affordable housing construction

Abstract

A new political mid-term program for the housing construction is needed to increase competitiveness of kazakhstan’s economy. the main social task of state program is to prepare complex measures on increasing effectiveness of affordable housing policy and to improve living conditions of citizens. The methodological and methodical bases of an integrated approach to the implementation of policies of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan were developed to create conditions for decreasing market prices to the level of effective demand and increasing affordable housing areas in accordance with the calculations of allocated state quota. Algo­ rithmic analysis was conducted using this model of effective demand.
