Abstract

This article describes the main objectives, basic principles and regulatory framework for operational planning and management in construction industry. Operational plans of a construction company according to the levels of its management, structure of operational planning and construction management using network and central methods are analyzed. Basic principles of effective supervisory control of construction production are described, major directions of improving operational management of construction are defined.
