Features of Islamic fi nance

Abstract

The paper studies the characteristics of Islamic fi nance. It examines four major legal restrictions that affect the activity of the studied Islamic fi nancial institutions and fi nancial instruments, which operate on the past. It examined the concept and importance of Islamic economics, as well as the principles and mechanisms, in which it operates. An opinion on the matter under investigation.
