Abstract

This article presents and describes only some of the concepts of quality, which have been administered in various companies. The theory and practice of quality management offers the following approaches and concepts, allowing not only continuously improve the quality but also implement the changes imposed by the external environment: The system of corporate suggestions, Quality circles, Total Quality Management, Benchmarking and ISO 9000. This is not a complete list of concepts and approaches of quality management, however, the author has attempted to summarize and describe the features of each concept and determine the relationship of programs and projects of quality with change management in companies.
