Abstract

Complex system of constant state influence on economy based on the ideas of one or the other economic school has been established in the world. Today the economy policy is based on economic science which defines its tasks and methods. It is important to answer on the practical question: economy policy based on the science, is it always effective? The author gives his opinion. Contradictory situation has emerged when Kazakhstan decided to join Customs Union of three states: Russia, Byelorussia and Kazakhstan. The author gives his opinion on the advantages for Kazakhstan.
