The computer technologies in project management

In a market economy, one of the requirements of the relationship between economic operators – the
impact of their activities. Therefore it is necessary to develop innovative activity, which will improve the
competitiveness and leading position in the market. Project management is seen as the main direction of
investment activity of each company. Tools of computer technology is used to support the core business
processes of project planning, monitoring and controlling the execution of the project, as well as the formation
of the necessary analytical reports on the results of the project. The article deals with the essence and
content of computer technology, which are used in the management of processes and project functions.
