Abstract

High rates of economic growth in Kazakhstan little overshadowed by questions of employment and the functioning of the regional labor market. Regions in Kazakhstan are extremely diverse, each of them has its own peculiarities. The successful solution of the problem of Kazakhstan becoming one of the 30 most developed countries in the world largely depends on the contribution of each region in socio-economic development of the country. The current situation in the world economy and individual countries are updated by the searching opportunities of their potential realization. The objectives of the employment dynamics research in regional context becomes very urgent. It is particularly important to analyze and identify specific factors destinctive to each region. And on this basis it`s essential to develop adequate measures to improve the level of employment measures. As the main source of labor market data we used the Statistics Committee`s official data of the National Economy Ministry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
