The impact of globalization on the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the global crisis

Abstract

The dominant trends in the world economy can be classified as a transition from the industrial to the technological innovation and the economy in both developed and developing countries, globalization of the world economy in general and the growing global competition and regional integration of national economies. The analysis showed that the most successful development of the countries in which the government is working effectively with the private sector of the economy. Such cooperation is developing in two directions: coordination of joint investments in strategic sectors and the development of business cooperation on the principles of cooperation and integration. Based on international experience, Kazakhstan needs to make the focus on the initiative to coordinate the investment and development of business cooperation with the business through the implementation of the policy of industrial-innovative development of strategic sectors of the economy. One of the most important tasks of the implementation of industrial-innovative development of the country is the implementation of targeted investment and scientific-technical programs, regulation of investment activity, which will require some restructuring and revision of the current system of state management of industrial-innovative development.
