Development patterns of technological parks in Kazakhstan.

Abstract

Experience shows that economic science and economic development, innovation and new technologies, ensures the development of the economy. The experience of many countries shows that innovative activity in the world today is an important direction of the state economic policy of the leading countries. Scientific – technical policy – an integral part of the socio – economic policy. The main objectives of scientific and technical policy are the development of innovative processes, the rational allocation and efficient use of the structure of the new technology, increase scientific and technological potential, realization of industrial activity, to ensure the efficiency and competitiveness of products.This article discusses the role of technology parks and development agencies in the Republic of Kazakhstan . Technology parks are a fundamental element created in the Republic of the National Innovation System. The main task that confronts technology parks – by providing in the use of the initiators of innovative industrial areas and collective business services to provide favorable conditions for the commercialization of scientific research.
