The role of the National Fund of Kazakhstan in the implementation of the New Economic Policy.

The article examines the formation and use of the National Fund. Ana lysed the composition, structure and dynamics of direct revenues from the oil sector organizations , as well as directions for their use. Showing the role and importance of transfers from the National Fund in the formation of a profitable part of the national budget. The problems of effective activity of the National Fund and to ensure transparency of the mechanism of for mation and use of proceeds from the republic of primary industries . Some justified the effective use of funds of the National Fund of Kazakhstan.References
