Priorities of Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the global challenges

Abstract

In the article global, regional and country challenges that different states’ governments are facing to increase the efficiency of the public ad­ ministration and quality of public services delivery are considered. Civil service reforms in Kazakhstan aimed at overcoming these chal­ lenges, as well as measures to improve the legislation and practical mecha­ nisms of its realization are also viewed in the article.
