Abstract

The article discusses about countries which export meat and meat products on the world market, their proportions, the dynamics of the Kazakhstani meat industry in their animate and carcass weights from 2006 to 2012, meat consumption per capita from 2008 to 2012 in Kazakhstan, share of meat consumption per capita comparing to the normative levels from 1990 to 2011, the volume of imports and the capacity of the internal market of meat products in Kazakhstan in 2011, the profitability of products of the agricultural enterprises from 2008 to 2012 in Kazakhstan, the volume of mutual trade of agricultural products between the member states of the Customs Union, the complex of regulations performed during the entrance into the WTO.
