Abstract

One of the most serious problems, the problem of food production and quality. The proposals and guidelines on formation of competitive agricultural products in Kazakhstan, directional on an increase in the effectiveness of production were prepared.For an intrusion of technological advance in agrarian production of Kazakhstan in conditions of a globalization there is a necessity of following directions of researches: perfecting of an economical control mechanism by economics of an agrarian orb; innovation by production.
