The main elements of health care financing of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The general methodological principles of scientific research are applied in this article, including methods of statistical data analysis, comparative analysis and economic assessment methods of usage efficiency of the budgetary resources. The comparative characteristic of financing methods, fees, principles of calculation for determination of need identification of additional financial sources are given in this research. Questions of financial security and efficiency of resource usage in health care prove the relevance of the article. Results received and recommendations can be used by state authorities in developing of standards, legal and methodical documents on regulation of financial expenses in health sector.
