Public-private partnership – institutional and business alliance of the state and business

Abstract

In article the public-private partnership is considered as a form of interaction of the state and business. The characteristic signs inherent in public-private partnership are analyzed and approaches for functioning of institutes of development of PPP are offered. The author considers need of development of the mechanism of the contractual relations and a number of the factors constraining development of public-private partnership in the country.
