Abstract

Methodological foundations of financial market and it’s regulation peculiarities are stated in the article. The financial market condition in Kazakhstan is considered, problems that impede it’s development and overflow of financial resources into the real sector of the economy are detected. Urgent measures of financial market development, which allow to provide the economy’s turn from the raw materials sector to development of manufacturing industry are suggested.
