Features of formation of the production program construction enterprises

Abstract

In this article the enterprise of a construction complex it is considered as system. Internal and external systems are analyzed. Requirements of formation of the production program are shown by the construction enterprises. Stages of formation of contract contracts are considered. Objects entering into the national program of development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and financed at the expense of the state capital investments are described. Starting positions for development of the concept of managing and business management in the conditions of market economy are formulated. Economic efficiency of introduction of the project is shown and main types of risk on branches are analyzed. The reasons of construction risk are analyzed. The scheme of algorithm of risk management is shown. In this article one of strategic alternatives of advance planning – diversification is considered.
