Dynamic development of agrarian sector is a condition of providing of food safety of country

Abstract

The article deals with the development of the agricultural sector as one of the conditions for ensuring food security. When some of the differences in the approaches to the problem of food security in different countries common to all is the requirement to maintain a situation in which all members of society have equal rights to adequate food or food resources in order to preserve the health and activity. Analyzing the food market in the degree of saturation, it can be noted that domestic production can not fully satisfy the country’s needs in food. However, in the country are imported, goods that can be produced in our country. In addition, there are goods, delivery of which is justified because in mind the climatic characteristics of the country, they can not be produced on the territory of Kazakhstan. It is noted that domestic food prices have one disadvantage - the high prices compared to imports.
