Abstract

The essence of food safety as component economic and as a whole national safety of the country is analyzed. Necessity of practical application for system of planning and forecasting of agrarian and industrial complex of indicators of food safety and their threshold values is proved, it is offered to a way on maintenance with own foodstuffs.
