Abstract

This article is dedicated to the conceptual basis of regulated economic growth on the stage of the post-crisis development of Kazakhstan. The author summarizes theoretical and methodological issues of the concept and descries the results of the practical application of methods and instruments of systemic economic analysis for the purpose of government management of the economy.
