Assessment and analysis of the dynamics of indicators of the quality of life of the population in the regions of Kazakhstan.

Abstract

The main priorities of the state policy of our country, according to the President of the country, has been and remains the development of human capital and improving the quality of life of the population. Implemented for this purpose strategic development programs are aimed primarily at preserving employment and increased income, social protection of the most vulnerable categories of the population.
The article presents a qualitative and quantitative analysis of quality of life of the population in the regions of Kazakhstan on the basis of six major socio-economic indicators for the period 2002-2013 gg. It is important to note that for the evaluation and analysis were used those indicators that allow to evaluate the socio-economic level of development of the regions from the perspective of employment change, environmental status, level of education and the level of public health, poverty and inter-regional differentiation of consumption.
