The role of the National Fund of Kazakhstan in the implementation of the New Economic Policy.

Abstract

The article examines the formation and use of the National Fund. Ana­ lysed the composition, structure and dynamics of direct revenues from the oil sector organizations , as well as directions for their use. Showing the role and importance of transfers from the National Fund in the formation of a profitable part of the national budget. The problems of effective activity of the National Fund and to ensure transparency of the mechanism of for­ mation and use of proceeds from the republic of primary industries . Some justified the effective use of funds of the National Fund of Kazakhstan.
