Abstract

In modern conditions management can be characterized as the difficult phenomenon which is reflected practically in all aspects of life of society. There are numerous theories of the organization and management, but as specialists consider, any of them can’t be considered as universal. However in all variety of the existing approaches there is a single binding idea which gives the grounds to say that in the center of all modern concepts there is a person. At the foreign enterprises of people it is considered as the highest value. Development and distribution of this concept which received the name of the concept of management of human resources, turned into the major tendency which is in interrelation and interaction with tendencies of management and globalization of economy.
