Problems of training in project management in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

Training of specialists in the field of project management is an important part of the development of project management in the economy of Kazakhstan. Development of the concept of forming a national infrastructure project management to ensure our economy, and in particular of our national high-level professionals. Recognition by the state of professions «project manager», «innovation manager» allows professionalize and develop a national project management. This situation in turn will have a positive impact on the sharp increase in the efficiency and competitiveness of the economy of Kazakhstan. In this regard, the present, a number of national companies and development institutions of Kazakhstan has actively improve the competence of the staff in project management. Among them are «Kazatomprom» National Innovation Fund Transfer Centre and Engineering Technology, Center for Marketing and Analytical Research FSD «Kazyna», the Ministry of Finance of RK, RK Engineering, ATF Bank, CapitalPartners, Association of light industry, etc.
