Abstract

To date, the problem of shortage of highly qualified personnel in the Kazakhstani engineering industry is one of the most pressing. The quality of company personnel, human resources is the most important factor in suc ha of any enterprise. Strategic human resources policy is a key element of public administration in developed countries. The level of training of scientific and production staff determines the effectiveness of the programs of structural adjustment of the economy, the expansion of production, to ensure its competitiveness in both domestic and foreign markets. Kazakhstan machine-building industry today faces a shortage of highly qualified personnel, which require urgent solutions. These issues are now being forced to deal with almost all the leaders of machine-building enterprises, simply because there is a shortage of workers. In article the reasons of the arisen deficiency of qualified personnel and a solution of a problem of training for mechanical engineering industry are considered
