Abstract

Corporate relations and their development strategy is a hot topic in today's economy of Kazakhstan. Large corporations are the foundation of national economy growth. The article is about the relationship of shareholders of corporations, executives, government regulators and consumers. Financial institutions should work closely with state regulatory agencies. Influence of the state through regulations and provisions shall not adversely affect the dynamic development of the commercial banks. Adhering to credit and other policies, banks of a second level promote the growth of the economy as a whole. The article describes the features of the development of an effective system of relations between financial market participants. Corporate relations problems in the banking sector are relevant in connection with the participation of the banks in the state programs. Also in this article examines the experience of foreign countries, the application of theories and methodologies for the Kazakhstan market. Analysis showed the influence of the correct development strategy and corporate relations in the interest of shareholders to obtain her high profits and rising stock prices, to increase the stability of the state in the economy, consumers to improve the conditions of banking products.
