Theoretical and legal aspects of social partnership in Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

Social Partnership of acquiring special importance at the present stage, creates certain problems associated with social status. The correct choice sotsiolnogo partnership from designated priorities of social policy and tactical partnership will depend on the economic efficiency of social partnership. Social partnership appoint their goals, especially today are considered an effective mechanism for regulating social, employment and related economic relations. In addition, I want to highlight the regulation of social and labor relations at the level of organization, and the drafting of a collective agreement and the conclusion should be based on consultation with the representatives of employees at enterprises and institutions of private ownership. The paper presents necessary measures to support the social partnership in Kazakhstan, that is, the interaction of economic agents and the general public to change the social situation in the direction of its improvement and perfection.
