Abstract

Transition of a national economy to qualitatively new level on the basis of modernization and technological development of economy of Kazakhstan is possible by means of expansion of possibility of participation in innovative programs of institutes of financing and activization of activity of private investors. It will create necessary conditions for financial support of innovative sector of the Kazakhstan economy. Such support is necessary as innovative activity is characterized by the high risk arising practically at all stages of life cycle of an innovation, and uncertainty of the end results. This uncertainty is characteristic not only for a stage of creation and development of innovations, but also at a stage of their use. Important factor is need of considerable attraction of the financial resources which term of compensation is very essential in connection with the big duration of an innovative component of life cycle of created object of intellectual property.
