Abstract

This article is dedicated to updating of issues of interaction of labor markets and higher education system, job placement of graduates, improvement of staff training in context of enforced knowledge applicationin practice. The important precondition of successful higher education institution development, increasingof its competitiveness is improvement of interaction mechanism of higher education and business, training of students according to labor market requirements, education institution inclusion in innovative and perspective integration associations. This article demonstrates methods and main interaction forms of higher education institutions and enterprises. The most obvious interaction effectiveness indicator of educational institutions and enterprises is job placement of graduates of higher education institutions. For the purpose of interrelation consolidation of business and higher education sphere it is necessary to improve legal basis, in particular the issues of tax policy and tax regulation. The article provides recommendations on improvement of certain articles of Tax Code. Suchamendments to Tax Legislation will create more favorable conditions for concernmentof employers to fi nance training of natural persons, allocate grantsfor trainingof employers and to establish closer interaction of labor markets and vocational training.
