Problems of human capital in increasing the labor productivity in Kazakhstan

Abstract

The paper considers the role of human capital as a factor in the productivity of labor in Kazakhstan. The author made a brief comparative analysis of investments to improve the effi ciency of human capital in developed countries and in Kazakhstan. These fi gures reveals the importance of human capital in increasing productivity. The author considers the state to improve communication, enterprise and science, as a way of improving the quality of human capital. Article refi ned ways of increasing interconnectedness of business and government for the development of human capital. The author proposes the formation of commercial offi ces for trained and skilled personnel. Also, in the article said about the implementation of the “Lean Production” in companies and use it to see the direction of building an effective management. Given the basic tasks for managers in the formation of high-quality personnel.
