Abstract

Health insurance helps ensure citizens a certain amount of free provision of medical services in the event of the insured event (of a health problem) if there is a contract with health insurance organizations. The latter is the case for payment of the cost of care (risk) from the date of payment of the fi rst installment citizen of the relevant fund.
