The research method consists of applying analytical, statistical, systematic and comprehensive approaches to study of the integration of business entities; expansion and specification of scientific ideas about integration processes in context of the sectoral specifics of the agro-industrial complex. The scientific novelty lies in the development of proposals for the integration of small agricultural producers into an integrated structure representing collective ownership, where the owners are shareholders, and income is distributed in accordance with contribution made. It is proposed to create soft structures in the agroindustrial complex, for example, associations or enterprises based on working joint-stock ownership, which will allow joint activities on a corporate basis while maintaining the isolation of its members, rural workers.
Integration on an innovative basis makes it possible to introduce new management mechanisms and achieve high performance results in order to quickly saturate the market with food.
Conclusion: integration improves the productivity of agricultural sector, allows you to produce competitive products, protect domestic market, provide food for your own consumers, switch to new technologies, and ensure that food products comply with international quality and safety standards.
