Conditions and factors of industrial-innovative modernization in Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article describes the main basic stages of the industrial modernization
of Kazakhstan. It is noted that the first phase of industrialization,
neslort at a high rate, has been focused on the development of heavy industry
and, in General, have not been completed. Examines the problems
of industrial development and market modernization in the period of Nezavisimosti
Kazakhstan. The analysis of the content of goals strategies and
programs for industrial modernization in Kazakhstan, implemented since
2003. Assess the level of achievement of target indicators of the program
of industrial modernization in Kazakhstan. The article concluded that the
technological structure of Kazakhstan is still far from the requirements of
new industrialization and changes slowly.
