CRM technology in the marketing system

Abstract

The article describes the concept and features of CRM technology, the
role of CRM technology in the planning, implementation and coordination
of marketing activities in the enterprise. Information technology plays an
important role in the modern world. Their use provides new opportunities
for the development and optimization of business, promotes expansion of
markets, reducing costs, increasing productivity, efficient use of resources,
improve the quality of business management and services.
An important prerequisite for winning and maintaining market positions
for each company is system integration for automation of business
processes and, in particular, systems of customer relationship management
CRM (Customer Relationships Management).
In the process of writing the article presents a conceptual approach to
integration. CRM technologies into the overall strategy of the company.
Describe the key business processes in marketing.
