Abstract

Work motivation is a link between the employer, employee and the result of the work. Recently, the issue of agreeing goals and objectives of the enterprise with the capabilities of staff, an increase in the degree of involvement of employees in the improvement of the performance involved many scientists and specialists of foreign companies. In today’s world, the success of any organization define human resources. Human resource management, continuous improvement of productivity and employees’ interest in the final results are of particular importance and urgency. The aim of this study was to study and generalization of foreign experience in the use of traditional and innovative methods of motivation. In the world there are different models of motivation of staff, taking into account national specifics of a particular country. The article describes the features of motivation in various foreign countries. A review of modern management techniques motivation. Possible ways of building the national model of motivational management of labor.
