State regulation of tourist activity in RK: purposes, methods, principles

Abstract

Gosudarstvenny regulation of development of tourism is an impact of the state on activity of economic entities and market conditions for providing normal operating conditions of a market mechanism, realization of the state social and economic priorities and development of the uniform concept of development of the tourist sphere. It is the difficult process including procedure of development of a state policy of regulation of development of tourism, justification of its purpose, tasks, the main directions, a choice of tools and methods of its carrying out. Specifics of tourist business consist in a tourist’s product complete set from various services: transport, food, placement, consular services, etc. From here a large number of the legal and normative documents regulating tourist activity. In the last years and in Kazakhstan began to pay more attention to tourism development. Prospects of development of a tourist complex in many respects depend on strengthening of state regulation of the tourist sphere at the national level which has to be combined with modern strategy of advance of regional tourist’s products
