Evaluation of knowledge-intensity of production in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The effectiveness of all national processes directly depends on the ability
to create and use innovative potential, restructuring of social production
based on the latest achievements of science and technology, as well
as the intensification of resource provision of innovative business activity.
The solution of social problems of modernization of production is
largely due to the development of knowledge-based industries. Their penetration
into all spheres of the economy provides an accelerated growth
of labor productivity, which leads to a significant reduction in the cost of
high-tech products, as well as goods in the production of which they are
used. In turn, these changes cause a positive effect in the form of balancing
the proportions between income and consumption, a significant increase
in consumption throughout the economy, leading ultimately to the accelerated
dynamics of aggregate demand.
Branches high-tech industry have a special place in the innovation
market infrastructure. In the context of the post-industrial economy in
which they are characterized by a high degree of development, these industries
have a significant impact on the dynamics of aggregate supply.
