Development of electronic declaration of goods in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

A new direction for the further simplification of procedures in trade
is the creation of electron-connected trading community. As part of the
«e-declaration» project is expected to simplify and streamline procedures
to the documents and data requirements; bring existing procedures and
documents to international standards; automate processes submitted information
and documentation control. In this regard, the article deals with
the introduction of e-customs, improving the risk management system,
enhancing the law enforcement component of customs activity, the development
of customs control at the border crossing points, as well as offer
suggestions for their solution. The main attention is paid to matters relating
to the simplification of national and international transactions, through the
simplification and harmonization of processes, procedures and information
flows in order to reduce the administrative burden on business and the
growth of international trade.
