Abstract

Budgeting – financial management tool innovative companies, based on the formation of a single integrated budget model, linking production and economic, financial, investment, innovation processes, as well as the creation of a reserve fund that allows you to make more efficient and eco-nomically sound management decisions in order to achieve financial sta-bility, development and innovation to remain competitive enterprise.
